Privacy Policy — Color Bloom

This Privacy Policy explains how adbot LLC (合同会社アドボット) ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Color Bloom (com.adbot.colorbloom) (the "App").
1. Summary
- We do not require an account or login to use the App.
- We do not collect personal information that identifies you.
- Your game progress is stored locally on your device.
- The App offers in-app purchases, which are processed by the app store and our billing provider (see Section 4). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
2. Information we do not collect
The App does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or similar personal information, and does not require you to sign in. We do not build advertising or marketing profiles about you within the App.
3. Information stored on your device
Your gameplay data — such as unlocked flowers, garden progress, settings, daily-reward state, and your in-game gem balances (including the separation between purchased and earned gems) — is stored locally on your device (for example, in the app's local storage). This data stays on your device; we do not collect it on our servers. If you delete the App or clear its data, this local information is removed and progress may be lost.
4. Purchases and billing
The App offers optional in-app purchases:
- Full Bloom Premium — an auto-renewing subscription (monthly / yearly).
- Gems — consumable in-game currency.
Purchases are processed by the platform's billing system (Apple App Store / StoreKit on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android) through our billing provider RevenueCat, Inc. to validate and manage your purchases and subscription status.
- We do not receive or store your full payment card number; payment is handled by the app store.
- To manage entitlements, our billing provider may process a store-provided purchase identifier / anonymous app user ID and your purchase/subscription status. This is used to deliver what you bought (for example, to restore purchases and keep Premium active) — not to identify you personally.

5. Advertising
The App does not show ads that interrupt gameplay.
6. Analytics and diagnostics
The App does not currently include a third-party analytics SDK that collects personal data.
7. Children's privacy
Color Bloom is a general-audience app and is not directed exclusively at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information and requires no account, no such data is gathered through normal use. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at the address in Section 11.
8. How information is used
To the limited extent described above, information is used only to:
- provide and run the App's features on your device;
- deliver, restore, and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions; and
- maintain the App's basic functionality and security.
9. Data retention and your choices
- On-device data remains until you delete it (by clearing the App's data or uninstalling).
- Purchase/subscription records are retained by the app store and billing provider per their policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
10. International users
The App may be used in various countries. Purchases and any provider-side processing are handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, which may process data in other jurisdictions under their own policies.

12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves (for example, when billing goes live or if analytics or ads are added). The "Last updated" date will change accordingly, and material changes will be reflected on the App's store listing or support page.
